ChromieCraft provide the download for the patch, but I think it is not create or maintained by CC; it is a well-known HD patch used by several servers. But as has been say now, it is too exciting to replace everything and has many bad replacements, in my opinion. It also ports an unusual version of character models (I think it is the 6.0 version,) so some races like Draenei do not look quite right, humans all have the same face, and similar problem. Maybe one day there will be a better one created.

But it is definitely look much more HD ^_^ So some many still like it better than original models even though it on the other hand is having these troubles.

I will point out that (to me) it looks like the CC HD patch is different from that used by other servers
