I add the module to the core , I give it to the compile and ingame nothing will show me even in the build folder. Any advice ?

I think there are only being two options for the water. There is the original WotLK water, and there is the "beta HD" water that is sound like you have try. The more advanced shader water from retail cannot be port to the WotLK client, as far as I know.

It is use code that is just not part of the WotLK client. The "beta HD" water is only exist because WotLK did actually have some unused beta shader code preparing for Cataclysm water shader.

I don't know what you seriously expect to see in the build folder. A module isn't built as a standalone dll library. The modules do what they were designed to do, they're not going to spam you saying "I AM HERE, KNOW THAT I AM ACTIVE NOW" when you log on. You have to do what they were designed to do to notice them.
