Then do what the guide says.
Everytime you add a new module, you need to re-run cmake and compile.

Once that's done there is a `lua_scripts` folder next to the worldserver.exe

You possibly need to manually run SQL files. The event scripts repo has some of them.
But other than that, Eluna will automatically read all .Lua files.

Run the SQL automated? It's a one time job. Why would you want to automate that?
If you really want to, you need to write a tool and send a PR to support your system to every single script.
