Try running `Test-NetConnection <insert-address-here> -Port 3724`. Try using your local address and then your public address. You don't want to send the results here but the last line shown is what tells you if you can access it or not.

I don't know what other languages might say but it says `TcpTestSucceeded` for me and shows as True or False.
