yes and that is it....most of ppl i knew from private server would never play on retail bcs they have to pay

What about nostalrius? I never played on it, was there money involved in it? but they never got sued instead Blizzard created Classic?

some yes but its not 1:1 if there were no private server blizz could have maybe 20% of those players but most players play private bcs its free
