so i delete all tables from db characters auth world then i restart mysql then i hit the dbimport.exe and after finish i start authserver and he works but then worldserver auto shutdown after seconds with those errors

i guess characters or world db are not imported properly maybe a dump with all 100000 files together will help me

You don’t need to run dbimport.exe - you just run worldserver.exe
As stated in the wiki you claim to have read

This issue was mentioned a few days ago but ironically I don't remember why it happened. The server shuts down for no clear reason.

Your database structure is not up to date. Please make sure you've executed all queries in the sql/updates folders.
