That error message typically means it can't find boost, it does give other errors if the version isn't supported.

Yeah I did. So I noted as well that having an issue with finding mysql through command prompt even though I had previously added it to the environmental variables. I'm able to find it when I directly navigate to the folder in command prompt. Think environmental variables might be acting wonky. This is a fresh windows 10 install though, so not sure what the issue could be.

Yes, that is most likely the issue with boost - the version wasn't the cause of the error message even though 1.80 could just as well cause issues.
