It could be a problem with Jammy, I don't know. Ubuntu 22 is still a bit iffy but never heard of any issues with boost. What if you manually install all the packages, does it work then?

You have to download and compile OpenSSL 1.1 and add those includes when running CMake. Like I said, Ubuntu 22 isn't fully supported with the default packages because AC doesn't (yet) use OpenSSL 3.0.
