The localAddress should only be changed if the worldserver is running on a system other than the same one the authserver is running on

and now I have ports also froward correctly in my ISP/modem/router.
as Im able via a hotspot connect to my instance with my DYNDNS address.

exactly this, think of localadress is the local adress of where the server is being ran locally. so either its locally on the same pc as your auth, or its locally on a different pc from your auth

is your dyndns updating to your current public IP via a program that forces update, or if you have a static public ip
