MoP was all about level 10s, because of the way scaling for them gave them so much damage/healing from very little stats. My level 10 resto druid in vanilla enchanted grey gear sat holding a flag in WSG while 4x 19 twink hunters couldn't out DPS my HPS from just renew.

And 10 twink rogues were running at 90% crit chance.

Going to depend on the toolkit available if the tools to do it all exist then 16 hours. But If any of them dont (IE the SQL to DBC one) then

well AC is already loading dbc files so somewhere in there there should be code handling reading and parsing those binaries
