Nah, 19s had the crit/health/heal from level 450 professions, TBC enchants on boots, head librams, Wrath upgrades on pants and shoulders, and the absolutely batshit insane Enti's Quenched Sword, that made single Rend tick one shot other 19s.

I had the herbalism heal on my pries, and ended up duelling a resto druid for half an hour, because ever time they thought they were about to kill me it would come of cooldown and give me a full heal, even though I was OOM.

on MoP there was very nice mechanic....while on ur main with heirlooms scaled to max lvl u could enchant them with that lvl of enchant and when u send them to ur alt heirlooms scaled down but enchs remained same
