A database (whereever designated by connection string in config) Any tables in the database get turned into DBC and overwrite whatevers there

It takes some adjustment, but it's not impossible to figure a good workflow out

if the table isnt in the database its not something that ever changes

i mean ok but for custom things u still need to take those dbc and put it into mpq

I mean yea, but when you're doing iterative tests, you don't need to put it into MPQs, you can just symlink a folder in your client to your server's data folder and work from there
