A database (whereever designated by connection string in config) Any tables in the database get turned into DBC and overwrite whatevers there

i mean ok but for custom things u still need to take those dbc and put it into mpq

I mean yea, but when you're doing iterative tests, you don't need to put it into MPQs, you can just symlink a folder in your client to your server's data folder and work from there
