weird, my understanding it was stil laround. the nteh stack is probably just to avoid extra casts, heal pwoer is consistant, crit is not

Basically a Goblin NPC with who you would be able to play Blackjack while betting with your golds. Gossip system or a Gossip system with UI (I guess with an addon) based on the expertise of the person available for the work
