Skyfire will spam a lot of unimplemented opcodes, I'm not sure how it would work. I tried it a few months ago and for giggles created a monk, as soon as the loading screen finished my client crashed.

Wrath was best for multiboxing because you could pack castsequences with commas, and your DPS could cast a rotation just from spamming one button. Which was absolutely vital for my setup. I was using mage hunter and warlock as my DPS.

It was just as good in Cata, really. Mid-cata though I stopped using in-game macros and I handle everything from within ISBoxer instead which is a sh*t ton better.
