well, like you said - won't be a high priority. So unless I want to go in and try to port in warhead stuff (which I don't think I have the skills to do), its going to be a re-start for me

Is there anyone with a well understanding of formula changes? In 3.2, the block value of all items was increased. There is also a patch that increased the armor on all items, I think sometime in TBC. If I am remember correctly, these changes were because formula changed, so the new values should have had about the same effect as the old values. But I am having trouble to find these explanations in the patch notes. Is anyone familiar with this?
When changing items back to Vanilla stats for Individual Progression, I remained the WotLK Armor and Block values for these reasons, but I am re-evaluate if this is correct.
