I would love if this could be split up per map or something to just spin up a new container. That would really be amazing.

Yes, that quest is restored to the Vanilla version by Individual Progression. My recent update must have break it - thank you for the report! I will apply your fix.

There are some other odds and ends like with Paladin Spells. The Quests that grant the spells are still on the class trainer. I was going to give it a good once over and start submitting reports as you have time with the fixes (Once I learn how to fix it)

I think the biggest issue right now is the other bug I submitted. having quest display 23,000 XP but then only getting 520xp has irked a few people
. I just tell them to wait and we'll get it fixed

To answer my own question, wow clients read and set Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft\Client\HWVideoID in the registry on startup, and the value changes between client versions.
I tried denying them write permissions, but that just makes all clients show the popup every time they start, so it looks like to only solution is to set the value with a .reg file before launching a client, to the value that client last set it to.
Now I need to decide if that's worth doing to prevent the massive inconvenience hitting the wrong button will be in that popup.
