But that goes to it right there. Those "Server Blades" arent Servers they are just cards in a big box. They refer to them as "Server Blades cause its easier then describing what they really are.

Yes, it's kind of like VMs running on a physical machine. It still doesn't change the fact that it's expensive to run.
