Oh, yea, Ubuntu 22 comes with OpenSSL 3.0 which AC doesn't support

I don't _really_ want to try to go backwards with openssl, but you gotta do what you gotta do i reckon.

ye i dont want to downgrade openssl nor go with 20.04 for production when i release my server so i hope until then openssl 3 will be added

I think the reason may be that Kitzunu wanted the scope of the PR to also contain cherrypicks from the TC commit that Winfi commented on the PR, but didn't want to (or more likely, didn't have time to) adapt the changes to AC. All speculation though
