TBC's gear was just the worst. 'Everyone's going to be rolling horde paladin/alliance shaman, we need to give all the plate and mail caster stats.' And then they changed the stat that high-armor-level-casters got their spellpower from. I ended up having to re-spec resto, because I couldn't get a single piece of agility mail for a whole 10 levels.

in the first 2 tiers theres 1 upgrade for me shoulder wise
