So I'm too the point where I want to start customizing some things that have bothered me from day 1. However I want to do it correctly using SQL updates so when I update Core it will reupdate my personal patches. Can anyone point me to the 'right way' to import SQL scripts that won't break the server when a AC update happens?

What I think is the correct way is to create SQL files in `AC Repo\data\sql\custom\db_world`

Then they'll be automatically ran when you start the worldserver.exe, and they'll be re-ran if the file hash changes (you edit the file)

ac@wow-ac:~/azerothcore/data/sql/custom/db_world$ ls -l
total 0
ac@wow-ac:~/azerothcore/data/sql/custom/db_world$
From the build or from the compiled?

build... doesn't look like compiled has a data directory.
