It's a way to spoof the mac so the ODF line thinks it's talking to the ISP Router vs one of your own.

not sure it's called an ODF I forget. the fiber thing between the ISP router and the actual fiber.

They will not appear if you are not a high enough level to use them. I am going to use some scripting trick to put players in the right instance for Naxx (WotLK or Naxx40 version), but it is not checked in yet.

Yes, I just check and it seems level 65 is when it will appear.
