First Update
SoThis is a shield idea I had. It's kind of a mix between ZA and WotLK frost shizzle. I was just thinking about the fact that shields are too small, and that I wanted a nice looking one that was the full height of a character. This is what I came up with.
This is the first time I've used my tablet so don't burn me too much xD Anyway. This is my first contribution.

EDIT : Oh; and if anyone can make this into 3D or have a bash anyway, I'd be so appreciative
EDIT : Added some writing to the shield; but am going on holiday for a week but will continue when I get back ^_^

This is just a basic template I would say, and I think the end result will differ much. It's a nice template design for now, but you might want to add something on the gray part, like a emblem or something or some paintings. It looks pretty empty there imo.

It wasn't done in paint; it was with photoshop; however, this is my first time using my tablet so it isn't exactly how I invisioned it.

Yeah; added some blue Illadari style writing. Will add more but am ging on holiday now
I hope to make this into a 3D model; I just need to find out how to do custom splines in Cinema 4D

Don't have a scanner? Well put the paper down on a counter in a well lit room, then take a steady picture of it with a digital camera. That's what I did a few times
