I’m not sure what you mean, we can’t create custom spells without changing the dbc (the function I linked just changes the attributes on the go during cast preparation)

use bile retcher again for example, id take this guys spell which in wotlk is scaled to do dmg for a level 80, clone it to a new id and change the dmg to use on al evel 60 version of him https://classic.wowhead.com/spell=27807/bile-vomit

Inflicts 250 Nature damage and an additional 1750 to 2250 damage every 5 sec. to enemies in a cone in front of the caster. Nature resistance is reduced by 250. Lasts 20 sec.

I thought you just needed them to cast their spells with different values for the level 60 difficult
