Seeing as you can't set naxx to 25 heroic (or at least it won't show on the client) I'm not sure how you use a heroic difficulty.

Might require a new entry in MapDifficulty.dbc, don't know if that's something you can get away with keeping server-side or if you'd need a client-side patch as well

Alternatively you might be able to just have an NPC teleport the player in, a la the NPC for MC

I'm not sure if it's possible to use a heroic difficulty if the client doesn't have it but I would almost assume so

i just spawned gluth from the id on wowhead for 60naxx, he scaled properly (7.5k hp) and did ok dmg, but dropped 80 gear
