so right now, probably cause a talnet idk, the dot lasts ~3s on me, its off for maybe a second then i get blasted again

I have 2 attacking me, I get 2 debuffs with 15 second duration (I didn't do the change you did, of course) and it never even gets to 10 second before it gets refreshed back to 15 second
