k so when i use the item the cast bar does show this spell, so ya its the item itself with the cd

ya and me using ```.cooldown 21358``` resets the cd of the item as well

does it need the * IN_MILLISECONDS after the 0? some of the other oens i saw with recoverytime changes didnt

Can’t you just delete the item and add it again so you don’t have to edit scripts
