If you're on Linux, you could try removing the modules folder inside the build folder. I don't remember the delete cache parameter for cmake terminal.

The only suggestion I have then is to delete the build folder and start the compile again. I don't remember exactly how to clear it up, I just delete the build folder if I remove a module (which I very rarely do) since the compile is decently quick.
