So I'm good on that part I think and last week I had 10.6 and it worked fine

One difference that I can see with doing a couple `SHOW CREATE TABLE`s is that log_money is done differently in how the character set is initialized

most are doing it as the last part of the line, after the ) ENGINE=InnoDB Default CHARSET=utf8mb4 COLLATE=utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci ...
Where log_money does it as part of each column's create:
`receiver_name` char(32) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci NOT NULL, .....

but that'd require editing the sql file. I honestly am not sure, it 'worked for me' doing mysql8 - so i'm not as familiar with maria
