If it's bound only to localhost, it's fine. No one can access it from any other system. If it's accessible in any way from the outside, it's extremely important to stay as safe as possible.

Yeah, that's how I treat best practices. Each one has a point/purpose, and for some situations, they're not relevant. I'd love to see someone pushing for a firewall setup on a closed network.

I think the error could be because of this: boost_1_74_0-msvc-14.1-64 <-- the one I have installed boost_1_74_0-msvc-14.2-64 <-- the one from the wiki then I install it and try to compile
