You have to compile it yourself in that case. I would rather recommend downgrading to Ubuntu 21.04 or Ubuntu 21.10, if you're not sure how to compile it.

CMake is set up to using 3.0, I'm sure of it. It's the only package for Ubuntu 22 and I'm sure another package automatically installed it if you didn't.

You can set parameters with cmake to use 1.1, but I don't remember what they are specifically and I don't know where 1.1 is located either.
