Yes, but after using feign death it will never play again unless you zone or sometimes if you change equipment (but that's rare).

Some animations require 400ms to play out and at times the msg_heart_beat needs the last 300ms of the 500ms to play out depending on the last movement flags

I used feign death at the start of zul'farrak, when I finished the dungeon and ran out the animation still didn't play.
