Yes, you download the module from github https://github.com/azerothcore/mod-eluna and place it in the modules folder in the AC repo folder. It should be modules\mod-eluna and not mod-eluna-master etc

It will add a folder named lua_scripts in the same folder as worldserver.exe, unless you change the path, that you simply add .lua scripts into

Neat that might be the shotgun to kill the fly approach for my scale, I dont see myself making lots of lua , but the information is greatly appreciated

we might max out at about 30 players might be easier for me to write a macro and just sub in player names as needed.
