I have seen those errors pop up a lot as well -- never seen an actual issue in-game, though

I see that from time to time too when my characters automatically learn class spells. It's not the end of the world, it should only happen when a character learns a spell, even though it may be worrying to you. I highly doubt it would cause any performance issues even with a larger amount of players.
