I'm trying to change execute to cause a weapon damage pct effect instead of flat damage. How should I change the `CastCustomSpell` to do a `SPELL_EFFECT_WEAPON_PERCENT_DAMAGE` instead?

You can probably add an entry for it in the spell_dbc table and just set it there

Oh, so inside the spell_warr_execute script, I'd just make a new spell with the effects I want, and then trigger it?

Ah, that's what they did. Just caused a new spellid to trigger instead of the execute one.
