The sql auto update bit is in worldserver.exe, so try launching the server and see if the changes go through

also what do we have to do with the files inside the conf folder? I can see some modules that have the conf.dist files and others have a conf.sh.dist (e.g. mod-progression-system)

Nothing if you like defaul settings. Otherwise fire em up and tweek the settings

Oh thats lame. Doing linux install it moves em to the right spot on there own
