Got some great help from <@212555358948818944> but I'm still unable to connect to my server running on my local network.
Setup is: ubuntu 20.04 server VM running wotlk acore, everything is up and running (no errors, anyway, and I can execute console commands for the world server). I ran the "acore bash setup" to get to here. I have also updated the db so the realmlist has the correct IP (I've tried updating address and localAddress both and each individually).
Windows client on the same network, realmlist updated with server's IP (I am running wirelessly on the client, but I have an IP on the same subnet as the server).
Logging in with just the username/password results in an authentication error. If I add '@[server-ip]' to the username, it logs in and then just sits at "updating client 0%".
Any setup I'm missing for running this on two different machines on a local network?
