soap is just way of doing request....u are sending credentials for gm account under which u will call whatever gm command u will send with whatever parameters u will send

lets say ur admin account is name admin password admin then u will send soap request with payload `admin` `admin` `account create friend password` and it will "login to server" using `admin` `admin` and then call command `account create friend password`
