You should try the following command in Powershell: `Test-NetConnection <insert-your-wan-ip-here> -port 8085`, you should test it with your lan ip too

Wan failed, Lan tested ok. I can try hamachi, im sleep deprived and not afraid of what comes next.

I imagine your DHCP-server doesn't support NAT loopback but the realmlist is only accepting the WAN IP which you can't connect to.
