i would understand if i actually had live server with it being removed that maybe i would be even banned from this discord but if im only thinking about it i dont see reason

It's like Blizzard won't come after you for playing on a private server but they have all rights to ban your battle.net account if they know which is yours. The same logic here, kind of. Like ZhengPeiRu21 said, it's technically not a breach of the license but it would still get you in trouble.
