Yes, it is. I would suggest you use the classic installation found at https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/install...ssic-setup rather than Docker.

Classic means not to install it using Docker but rather install visual studio etc on your Windows system and compile it and so on. It has nothing to do with Vanilla.

For the record, there are no additional steps to make it a public server - you just have to set the address column in the realmlist table to your public IP, forward ports and it's done.

I'm not sure but if not it's port 3724 and 8085. It's also shown in the config files but I'm writing them regardless so you're sure.
