I can't see what software you are using to see the database, but it looks like it has "Query" tab or menu. You will need to paste that Query there instead of as a filter.

dbc data is loaded from dbc files extracted from the client. The dbc tables in the DB are only used for server-side overwrites, which is usually not needed.
