In general, we're looking to set up gear vendors to get pre-raid BiS gear, mounts, etc etc, we'd like people to auto have all spells learned upon joining the server, and if possible spawning in Dalaran. But we also are hoping to buff the raid by 30%. But honestly, none of us have any clue on what we're doing, or even how to access the "World Console"

Well I know the spawning in Dalaran you can do by changing the playercreateinfo table, past that I haven't done any of those myself

Right, we just are basically level 1 characters trying something for the first time and have no knowledge of how to do any of those things.

If only for the small group and only plan to use once, I think it is easiest to just .levelup 79, .mod money 99999999, and then learn all needed skills from trainers. .quest complete for all needed class quests. All will need to do it, but it will only take a few minutes.

If you plan to use server for longer or repeat for more players, then may be good to invest time in more proper script.
