to crontab but after restarting my client is stuck at "Authenticating"
Manually running these commands works finde. Any idea?

You shouldn't run the processes straight up, run them in screen or something similar so you can actually access the consoles

it would also be better if you cd into the bin folder before running them since it can mess up and not know where the conf etc are located at

good point. But i have to start for each command an individual putty session because the log is blocking any input.
To be honest, I dont really want to have to look at the logs. It's like a start the vm and forget that i want to achieve.
