Most of the WotLK content is working, there are a few bugs here and there - like any core of course - but it's acceptable as issues that pop up are given attention and fixed

In general, I have never played world of warcraft a lot before, furthest i went to was westfall and the instance/dungeon there

It's being worked on, progressively thanks to ChromieCraft, but there's still things to fix there. Dungeons are okay, raids are another story in many cases - mostly I've found TBC raids being a bit borked in some places but vanilla seems okay but I haven't touched it much.
