You should compile it in Debug rather than RelWithDebInfo to see if you can get some more information. There should be crash logs in RelWithDebInfo but I honestly can never get one to trigger if my core crashes.

By the way, if you want account bound mounts - check out https://github.com/tkn963/mod-accountbound instead. Well, it also makes companions account bound if configured to be enabled. I hate linking my own stuff because then I'm responsible, but it's truly account bound since it saves values in the auth database rather than just selecting the spells you have on characters on that realm.

I have a question regarding generating patch files for the core; is there a way to have it auto apply or do server owners have to git apply the patch themselves?
