You specify the Version to use for compiling in cmake and the Version to Run the binaries needs dll files to be copied into their directory for windows. No Idea how you specify it for Linux.

I was on my phone and don't enjoy trying to read that on a smaller screen. It could be `libmysqlclient21` causing issues.

I do have mysql-common, php-mysql and php7.4-mysql installed though so those are not it
