3724 is the authserver, needs to be opened. I'm not sure it should be required when connecting from within the same local network but can't hurt to try.

The port being forwarded is basically taking outside traffic being sent to the router and forward it to another machine. There's never a need to forward those ports to any machine other than that one or those running the AC server processes.

I figured out my issue. I was doing the router ip and not the computers ip. I'm an idiot don't mind me :p
