Yea I'm pretty sure CMake is finding the default OpenSSL install which is the wrong one

`-DOPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR=` to the openssl include directory and `-DOPENSSL_ROOT_DIR=` to the root directory, just like I said before

it might require `-DOPENSSL_LIBRARIES=` to the lib folder of openssl too
