probably, note that i didn't actually run cmake with that option i said above, simply looked at it. cba properly checking or making a pr for wiki as i'm going to sleep soon

OK, I changed it to `-DTOOLS_BUILD=all` and it seems to be valid... recompiling it now

I made mention that the wiki needed to be updated but so far it hasnt been done. Im not exactly sure of how the linux cmake should be but hopefully thats all that needs to be done
