hi, I'm not sure what I missed, but when compiling I don't get the map extraction tools. Commit is 79839a4eacd765a3779d182d65e4b8299619453c (the newest one as of writing here).

My cmake command is like `cmake ../ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/acore_master/ -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=/usr/bin/clang -DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=/usr/bin/clang++ -DWITH_WARNINGS=1 -DTOOLS=1 -DSCRIPTS=static -DMODULES=static` so I do use the `DTOOLS=1` however, when running the command I see this:

````
* Build applications : Yes (all)
* Build tools : No
* Build with scripts : Yes (static)
```
So it's not enabled... and at the end of cmake, I get this:
```
CMake Warning:
Manually-specified variables were not used by the project:
TOOLS
```
So... as far as I can see in the documentation, my command should be valid, but maybe I missed some changes? Anyone knows if I hit some bug in acore or if I'm using a wrong command?

using "true|false" instead of "0|1" makes no difference

looking at in cmake-gui, the option you want to enable should be "BUILD_TOOLS"
